Maf sensor interchangeable?

Hi, I've been looking all over google, etc etc. haven't come up with an answer and I'm at a bit of a loss...

I've got a buddy with a 93' Mighty Max 2.4l... idk if it's a 4g63 or 4g64...

It's got a bad MAF sensor and for the life of us we can't find a replacement for it.

We've seen plenty in stock MAFs for the V6 model, I was wondering if they're interchangeable...

No i ordered one by mistake put it on my 2.4 and found out. Idled nice but couldn’t get over 40 mph with manual trans. I found one on AliExpress and on eBay. Paid 80$ from eBay part number is md157182

I know all the v6 (with same size housing) are interchangeable.

I’ve got one off of a 92 2.4 that had head issues it should be good. From a truck I parted out a few months ago.
