In need of motor info

Im looking for a 2.6L G54B 4x4 engine mine has the counter balance delete and my motor is about shot plus dont want to take the time to put it back in. Any leads please help

All G54B engines are the same. Only differences will be emissions standards between Federal and Cali complianced engines, and manual vs auto optioned trucks...
