Hey can anyone shoot me in the right direction on wheather i should replace my carb, that is shot with a weber conversion or buy a replacement? Any and all help will be appreciated. Also do you have to replace the stock fuel pump when switching to a weber.I here some say yes and some say no,Hope you can clear this up for me.Thanks Bud

yes, you need to get a low pressure fuel pump. about 2-4 psi at 30-40 gallons per hour. carter makes a really good pump but its spendy and worth it. i have a weber conversion on my truck and i used an electric fuel pump. most electric fuel pumps are "pusher" pumps and need to be mounted as close to the gas tank as possible. the weber carb is a really good upgrade that is a whole lot better that the stock carb.
