Can someone please explain to me why everyone tells guys they need to bore Nissan/Chevy wheels out to 108mm in order to fit on our hubs? This is not meant to be contradictory or confrontational at all. I just do not understand where the 108mm's is coming from. []

As shown in the above photo, the size of the hub mounting flange is actually 93mm. The bore on stock wheels is 93.6mm. if you were to bore a Chevy or Nissan wheel,93.5mm would be ideal. They would center perfectly on the hub and hub rings wouldn't be required.

88 up GM truck 6 bolts are 88 mm bore, so that is not a bad amount to bore out. May need bulged lugnets depending on year of GM wheel used - 12 vs 14 mm

4x4 hubs are larger than rwd trucks. You need 108 to clear the front hubs.

Do 4x4 trucks utilize different rear axles and brakes?

yeah the rear on the 4x4 is 8" 7.5 on the 2wd. the 4x4 does have drums, like 12 or 13" drums
