4D55T Piston Dimensions

I'm trying to order a cylinder sleeve and piston kit for my '83 Mightymax, but I can't seem to find what the piston dimensions are for the engine and the supplier won't ship it without that information, for obvious reasons. :think:

If you are going that route with a company that doesn’t have your dimensions, then you need to take it out and measure everything. I would only buy from a place that knows your dimensions, or send them one of your pistons for them to measure.

That said, I measured a few of the overall dimensions with some 12” calipers. I get OD of 3.570” (90.68mm) parallel with the pin, 3.585” (91.059mm). Perpendicular was a little larger, but I didn’t write it down.

I am sure that you already solved your piston issue, and this is for anyone that finds this later.
