Clutch problems

I need some help....i just replaced my clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing and it still feels like there is no clutch whatsoever.....(btw it has a brand new clutch cable that is the same size as the original one) im completely confused

OK is the throw out bearing identical to the original? (there are 2 different types of TO bearing IIRC) What kind of cable adjustment have you got available and is it seated correctly? Only other thing is a fubar clutch arm/lever (they've been known to bend and even break at the weld)
