6 lug front diff specs?

Hey everyone,

I have a '84 Mighty Max SP, 4WD with the diesel, 6 on 5.5 bolt pattern. Does anyone know the specs on for the front differential? I have an old ARB from a Toyota that just needs some new seals and would like to put it to good use without to much trouble if I can. I know Toyota is 27 or 30 spline and the Max is 25? I wonder if there is a CV out there that would have the correct spline for the Toyota third and the Mitsu hubs. Pinion shaft size might be a problem too but there are a lot of bearing sizes out there.

a diff from a starquest fits into the front diff of your 84 4wd. it is the right spline count, and will take the ring gear with no issues.

I don't need the locker in the front I was just tired of the ARB taking up space in my tool box and wanted to find a use for it (I'm also all about doing things the hard way :shakehead:)
