Front Coil Springs

Hi, New to me 1992 MM. Ive had a bit of trouble sourcing front coil springs. Moog 2278 springs say they fit a 1990, but everything for a 92 says they are discontinued.
Does anyone know it the 1990 coil springs will work with a 92?
They are both the same generation body style.
