Any one know a Good place to look for a nice billet or coated honeycomb grill or insert fir 92 m.m.? I found some honeycombs ones in eBay but they are plastic and kinda cheap looking. I have seen coated metal inserts but can not remember where

You can buy pressed steel honeycomb but it ain't cheap and if you get flying stones off roads on a regular basis, it'll rust. There are aluminium mesh sheets pre painted black like this - https://www.ebay.com/itm/40-x-13-Black-Rhombic-Grill-Mesh-Aluminum-Alloy-Car-Grille-Body-Bumper-8x16mm/372208345956?_trkparms=aid%3D555018%26algo%3DPL.SI M%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D56426%26meid%3D9b1026f53d704108 9f5acf0b1f2ace2e%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D6%26rkt%3D1 2%26sd%3D132221895094%26itm%3D372208345956&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851

If you want a near factory looking grille and yours is kinda broken and cracked, you can cut out the centre ribs/bars and epoxy glue some of that in place then hit it with epoxy paint over the whole thing to freshen it up. Very lightweight...

This one is plastic, but doesn't seem too flimsy. I have one like it on another vehicle, and it's pretty solid.

Then there's aluminum one, although it looks like the honeycomb walls might be too thin fo the look. You could give it a good coat of plastidip, maybe

Fastenal carries both the woven mesh and the perforated aluminum sheet in black. Make an insert out of that and put it in the grille.
