Hello all,
Its been awhile I got my Weber on fuel pump on with the help of all of you. Played heck with the distributor well now I have a top end issue or bottom end issue have not torn it apart yet. Anybody ever buy the reman engine and thoughts please.

what kind of issue are you having that makes you think it is a motor problem?

As for you question...those engines are ok. But, why spend so much if it's possibly a simple fix that can be done. Like Pennyman mentioned, what is the issue? Maybe a video of the problem so we can help you save money. :)

Diagnose what the engine is doing or not doing before forking out a bomb of cash. It will save you time and money. Unless you know it has gone into self-destruct mode.

I lost compression in#1 took off valve cover and everything in the top end seems to be working. Will look into bottom end tonight
