This kinda threw me a bit. I've only seen 2 types of choke pull off/release assist diaphragms on Mikuni Solex carbs and this wasn't one of them. Took a bit of hunting but this initially came up as a part for a 2.0 Colt carb. Some cross referencing later and bingo. When these diaphragms fail, not only does the choke play up but it also creates a vacuum leak which then messes with internal air metering. This new choke pull off should go some way into getting your carb running right. Pay me off by getting your truck running sweet! :)
