Need a clear photo of Emission Sticker for diesel Mighty MAX

Having problem in registering this thing in CA, my sticker is long time gone , please help need a clear copy of the emission sticker.

I know the D50 manual in Chapter 25 talks about the emissions. and Chapter 9-130 is the TBD engine specs.
