Head gasket suggestions / jet valve delete?

Hi all 2 questions. Does anyone know what style and brand of head gasket I should use when I put my cylinder head back on my 2.4. I'm just looking for a quality made replacement.

Also my cylinder head has jet valves that do not function they simply plug the holes their in, inside the combustion chamber. Does anyone make a jet valve DELETE or elimination kit to seals these holes off for good??

ive posted this question before and am looking at a felpro or oem but thought id ask one more time before i go purchase the part.
