what is this and where do they hook up

So I am really close to having this back together and trying to start it. I have a couple of things I have not figured out where they go. One is a tiny vacuum line on the rear of the valve cover and the other is a plug that is below and back of the coil that has 2 black wires coming out. its plugged in but the wires are cut off.

The nipple on the intake isn't used there should be a Black rubber plug over it, you can cap it with anything.
I'm not sure about the other pix, been too long since I worked on a stock motor.

The vac barb on the end of the intake plenum? On carb'd engines there is a breather barb that hooks up to the intake manifold from the valve cover.
