I see a manifold for a cordia which uses the same gasket as the mighty max, could I use that manifold and where can I find one ?

The turbo manifold off the 1.8 4G62 will bolt straight up to the 4G63 SOHC head (I had one lying around and wanted to tempt fate but decided messing with the turbo was off the menu) The same style of manifold was used on the 2.0 version of the Starquest/Conquest/Starion engine. The Cordia engines we had in Aust were...dubious at best. They ran lean, causing the manifolds to get stinkin' hot and crack (buying a second hand one can be perilous - due to the fail rate they are scarce). The good thing about the 4G63 SOHC head is the bung at the back end of the head is perfect for the oil supply line on a turbo.

I'd love to find one new or lightly used, where to look?

You'll have to check the usual suspects like ebay, craiglist etc. Expect to look outside of the US unless you get lucky and somebody has one. Freight is gonna be a killer too :shakehead:

Is there a part number of any sort? Buying new would be nice, since apparently they crack

You can use the Private Messaging function.
"Community" is in small orange letters near the heading.

Click on "Community", then click on "Member List", and find his user name, click on that, and you will find the PM function.
