View Full Version : Crankshaft position sensor wiring diagram

No start. Been following this guide http://easyautodiagnostics.com/mitsubishi/3.0L/ignition-system-tests-5 Traced the issue to the Crankshaft position sensor not receiving voltage.

does anyone have a diagram of the Crankshaft position sensor?

Well It's actually the Cam Angles Sensor, It's in the base of the Distributor under a easy to remove metal cap.

Thank you so much for that link. Been digging through the diagrams for a few hours and still cant find what i'm looking for. I'll keep looking.

Well It's actually the Cam Angles Sensor

The distributor on the V6 has sensing functions for both cam and crank position.

MY bad, I didn't look at his engine type, as usual I assumed the 4 cylinder....hit up the 3000GT forums
