I bought a manual (it runs) and an auto(for parts) and words of wisdom would be nice.

Hi and welcome to mightyram. First up - are they both 4G63 engines? It's not going to be of much help to you but there is a physical difference between the auto and manual transmission equipped 4G63 engine blocks - they are not cross compatible. The manual engine block is referred to as a 'narrow block' due to the distance between the 2 opposite transmission mounting bolt holes across the flywheel. The starter motors on the auto vs manual are also different. Rear diff ratios on the 2 trucks should be different as well. If the auto is your salvage truck, take the ancillary stuff off the engine and the cylinder head (unless you find a buyer who needs a complete auto engine/trans then sell it with whatever else you can't use and reinvest it into the running truck). Hold onto factory options like power steering and A/C as these are always in demand. Good interior parts are worth stashing as well (instrument panels, dash padding, center consoles etc)

Can the bench seats feom the auto fit in the manual
It should if not just swap the seat tracks and use the original bench seats wire for adjustment

He has a 95 so that is the fuel injected 2.4l 4g64. They will be exactly the same minus the different transmission and accessories. The auto bench will work in the manual truck but the shifter will most likely hit it as there isn't a notch in the seat for the shifter.
