What is the easiest way to roll the fenders in the bed. I tried doing it with a baseball bat, but since it's 2 layers of steel, that didn't work. Thoughts, ideas?

Eastwood sells a fender roller - it works well. If you weren't so far away, you could use mine...

Tried one of thoughs on my girlfriends Impreza. Did not know how to use it or what I was doing and the left side did not mirror the right. Lol. Take your time with it if you use one.

It can help with clearance or do great damage - not for the faint hearted. I bought it to use on Geronimo, but realized that it would not be good to try on 25+ year old custom paint.

We had these things advertised in Oz all over the place about 10 years ago. Either being sold as a start up your own business thing or guys coming to your door to roll fenders. They weren't particularly expensive but not worth forking out cash for as a one-time user.

i used a cutoff wheel and trimmed a little out and it worked fine. But i guess it all depends on how much room you need.

Yeah I used a cut-off wheel and cut mine back ,those things are super thick with the two panels together.

I tried one of these once. It was not easy. I dented the fender, but could not roll it back far enough.

Use a blow dryer, heat shit up to get the metal to work easier. Paint can only move so far. Go slow and use your hand for dent checking before they get nasty. One thing for sure, don't expect no GTP racecar flairs from the tool. It actually is just for bending that tire cutting lip flat against the inside of the fender.
Those 2 layer fenders usually need to be cut a bunch of times because the 2 pieces of metal want to move at different rates and you start to tweak the fender.

This is if you plan on making the fender flair beyond just a subtle amount.
