New MM owner saying hi

Greetings and Salutations
Newly retired guy and I picked up a 1991 MM basic RWD auto, bought from the original owner. I used to work at a Dodge dealer in early eighties and thought this felt awfully familiar. Have since learned they are one & the same. Went to get an inspection sticker and failed for rotted frame :(1812918130
Took the bed off and was surprised to find it in as good a shape as it is.... 26 yrs in New England will destroy most vehicles. This was taken pretty good care of.

Welcome also curious do you have to replace frame or is it fixable?

Is it only the rear extension of the frame? Guys cut and notch whole rear extensions for hydraulics so this shouldn't be too bad to repair. Considering the level of rust on the frame the body appears to be in relatively good shape.
