Headlight switch 86 D50

Oh Guys so ive looked and looked and all i can find is a PULL switch for this thing and mine is a column mounted switch. I found a place that says they have a part that will fit my truck but said its 300 dollars. This cant be right. Can anyone help me with a part or a part that will work in it properly? I have a hard time believe its 300 dollars for a light switch.

Use a different light switch - something that needs to be mounted on the dash. Someone has also sourced new switching assemblies for our trucks here but I'm pretty sure they weren't $300!

Thanks! i dug around on the site for awhile and couldn't find the info i was looking for. I asked the guy who has my truck if he could just use a different switch just to make it work and mount it somewhere and he kept saying no. So i wasn't sure if he was just copping out and not wanting to do it or if i really needed this exact piece.

Sounds like hes just being lazy about it.
