I am going to be finally picking up my 1983 4D55 truck this next weekend. I have several questions so I'll line them out. Looking for answers from either Mike or 4D55Performance.
-What year montero exactly do I need front control arms from for the front lift?
-What's the year or part number for the rear Toyota shackles to raise the rear?
-With both of those items could I run 29" tall tires without major rubbing issues? If not how tall?
-Where can I source the 12mm plunger plate for my injection pump?
-Has anyone successfully swapped Jeep Cherokee axles into a D50? Running a HP Dana 30 in the front and the 35 in the rear?
-Where can I source a bushing kit for this truck? It's been sitting a long time and I'm sure it needs new rubber.
-Has anyone successfully installed a TD04-13T on a 4D55? That's the turbo I'm thinking of running. Or at a minimum a TD04-11B.
