86 Diesel 4WD Front&Rear diff ratios

When i bought my pick up the previous owner had taken out the front axis and made the truck RWD.

I put back the axis to make it 4WD. But in the first movement i broke one of them.

I suspect from the rear diff. May one of thr previous owners have changed the rear diff from a RWD one?

How can i learn it without disassembling?

Spin the wheel one revolution and count how many times the driveshaft or u-joint turns.
