2.4L MM exhaust manifold???!!!!

Does anyone know where to get a new exhaust manifold? Mine is cracked and so is the one I got with my replacement engine that I am rebuilding. Unless there is a header available..........I did see a post where someone was trying to reproduce a few....progress?

I'm working on negotiating the price with the guy I was going to have reproduce these headers. He is wanting $350-$400 each, along with a group buy being setup. I highly doubt most people would buy one at that price, especially considering half these guys bought their trucks for about that price. If I can't get him to budge, I'm going to seek out other local sources to see what I can come up with.

Thanks for the update Blindeyed, that would be out of my price range also. I might have to try and fix my old one, dont see any new out there at all.

Try calling my guy. I have him listed in my build thread. I have no idea how much he would want but I know he would not ask for a group buy. Might be worth a call just to pick his brain.

The split port manifold that comes with the '94 truck is not only endangered, it's pretty much exclusive now. You can get one new from the dealership, but it will cost you about the same price as Blindeyed quoted for the custom. Bad part is, it's still the cast iron that will definitely crack. Doug Thorley Headers (CA) made a group buy set for the board a few years ago, but I don't know if the demand or the production faded first. If you can find someone to make you a one-off model for cheap, since you're fully rebuilding the motor anyway, do it.
