How to change control arm bushings?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to replace lower control arm bushings on a 1989 mitsubishi mighty max? 15702

Are those the only steps involved to take off the bushings?

Yes, my post in the link I provided is pretty much all the steps(simplified) needed to change them. One thing I didn't note is the need to remove the two shock bolts on the bottom of the shock that connect to the lower control arm.
