what cylinder head will bolt on to stock ram 50 engine?

I have been reading other threads, but I am still not a 100% sure what cylinder head will work on the stock 2.4 4g64 8 valve engine with little to no mods.
I think(from what I've read) a 4g63 cylinder head will bolt right on to the stock engine block with no mods.

I'm also wondering, how much work is it to actually convert my stock engine to a dohc?

Any info is greatly appreciated, thanx a lot for the help
