Jack and handle for Ram 50

I bought this truck it didn't have a jack or a handle, does anybody have a pic of one so I can see what they look like. I've been to the U-pull it yards here in town but they couldn't tell me if they had the handle or not, with out the handle I can't get my spare tire down.

Full kit from a 2nd Gen I just happened to have loose in storage here at the shop. They're held on to studs with wingnuts under the bench seat on the passenger and driver side floor pans if you're looking for them in the yard.
