Alright guys shes back on the road again! But I have a few issues I need to sort out...
- the acceleration feels messed up where it grumbles and feels kinda... Low
- its pulls to the left, but I expect an alignment issue on that...
- the body needs to be bent back into place so I can mount everything in its proper place... And that it beside the shifting feeling rough... Let me know what you guys think I could check, and I couldn't have got her back without all of you wonderful people... Thank you all so much

When I have that kind of damage, I find a telephone pole or tree and hook a chain or cable to the damaged area and back up to pull it out. The trick to the pull is to look at where it is now, where is should be, and reverse the force that bent it. It may take more than one pull, and is not for the faint of heart. A porta-power will also work if you have access to one, and is easier to control the metal movement. The performance issue may be disturbed plumbing under the hood from the impact - also check the intake manifold bolts to the head and the throttle body so that they are tight and not causing vacuum leaks.

alright, so the only problem left is my bent subframe, what should i do (besides a body shop?) to take care of it? my cross caster is off by 4.00 degrees

you could use the chain around the pole method, it will take more force to pull the heavier metal. are you sure the uca, strut rod,or the mounting point on the frame isn't bent?
