Valve stem seal help!!!!

I have purchased a FelPro HS9388 pt head gasket set and it cane with two different types of valve stem seals. 4 of the typical metal skirt with seal spring at top and 4 that look to be all silicone with 2 metal rings around outside. My question is which is exhaust and which is intake!

SS72630 is the Fel-Pro seal set. there are 4 standard type for INTAKE and 4 that are black rubber with steel rings for EXHAUST valves. Maybe this'll help when someone else does the Head set (HS9388 PT) or just seals.
