Will this work good with Weber carb ?Will I need a pressure regulator to keep constant fuel pressure *?

It can work, but it is limited on flow rate. Webers like volume, and it is more critical than pressure for performance. It will need to be mounted as close to the tank as you can get it as it is a pusher style pump. See the threads on wiring in the pump with an oil pressure safety switch and relay for safe operation.
