G63b 2.0 ?head replacement.Mighty max.

I have my g63b 2.0 head in the shop and was told it was toast. cracks in where the valve guides are . The truck had 250,000 miles on it so I will be replacing the head with a new one .

My question is will this new head work for my 2.0 ? I have placed picture s of the old head and new style .I'm just trying to make sure this is compatible without any Changes needed . I will be reusing my old rockers and cam.

Where did you get that head from, if you don't mind me asking?

It looks like the head for my 2.4l FI, but it has the hole cut -out for a fuel pump, which tells me it's for a carburetor engine.
