So I have a lot of parts laying around and was wondering if it's possible to use the bucket seats from my macro cab 2.6 in my single cab 2.0 also how does one remove the lights from the sport cluster? I'm dying for led. Lastly hpw hard would it be to switch out rear windows?

Back window is a piece of cake, push it out gently from the inside, helps to have somebody in the bed to catch. So easy, even my friends dog has done one! YouTube an installation, just requires a cord long enough to go around the window perimeter and some lube on the gasket and a helper.

Changing the bulbs to led in the cluster is easy. The back of it has twist out tabs that hold the bulbs. The led #is 194 if I remember correctly. I have a sport cluster to install in mine also. I hear the hardest part it rerouting the speedo cable to reach the new cluster

seats from the macrocab will bolt in to the single cab - holes should be already drilled and tapped.

Hey guys....I have an '86 Ram 50....G63B....I found some buckets from an '84 Power Ram 4x4 at the local salvage yard....snagged them, when I installed them the inner front seat bracket did not line up with the original threaded hole, the fix was easy as I fabbed a 2 1/4 inch extension bracket and bolted everything up...never a problem but the project was not a simple bolt in.

the 2wd and 4wd would be different, as the floor and tranny tunnel are way different, but not a hard problem to solve.

when I installed the sport cluster, my oil guage doesn't work and neither does my tach.. any ideas as to why?

Did you hook the disconnected connector up on the firewall under the hood? That should take care of the tach. U prob need an oil pressure sending unit for the oil. I'm only going off what I'm told, haven't installed my sport cluster yet.

I have not. What does it look like? Also my speedometer is all whacked out as well as my dash lights not working and my turn signals too.

My truck is at my buddies shop, so I'm gonna try to remember. I believe it's on passenger side up against the firewall. I know mine was disconnected but both parts are hanging right next to each other. It might only be 2 wires in the connector

It's just my speedometer at this point.

Are you supposed to re route the speedo cable??

Could some one give me a hand with the tach and where to find these plugs? I can't find anything.

Standing at the front of your truck with the hood open, look at the firewall behind the engine, Visually find the wiring bundle that runs across the firewall, near the top. Slightly to the passenger side, you should see two plastic wiring connectors kind of dangling, both disconnected. Guess what? They fit together, and now your tach should be working.

Now, oil pressure gauge. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you may have already toasted your gauge. The oil pressure gauge in the sport cluster requires a different sending unit. I've read in another thread that connecting the sport gauge cluster with the sending unit for the idiot light will kill your oil pressure gauge. So, find the sending unit NOW, and disconnect the wiring connector. Leave it disconnected until you get the replacement sending unit. I found mine on eBay.
