Spent most of the last two weekends pulling the transmission to swap out the broken clutch lever.
Fortunatly I had a spare available in an old broken trans. what a PITA.
You could tell where the fresh break was and where the weathered area was that showed it was cracked for a while and progressed until failure.

The black one I cleaned up and painted
The actual shaft is a nice piece of chromium steel and will get added to my tool set. I used it to drive the fork pins back in the replacement shaft. ;]
