Ignition timing

Ok I can't find anywhere how to do ignition timing on a 89 2.6L.
I know how to adjust it and I have a timing light but, can someone shed some light on me?
Is there a plug to ground out?

Got it.
Pull the two vac lines off the distributor.
Hook to cyl 1 and check and adjust as nessisary .
