Can I add a lift to my coil springs without new spacers?

I recently found out that my truck doesn't have torsion bars so I can't do an old fashioned lift that way. Can I add any kind if lift to my old coil spring spacers without new ones?

how much do you want to lift it

2-3 inches if possible. I will take 1" if i can get it.
