Hey, I have had my D50 for about four months now and I'm tired of the way my truck rides. I have look on Google and Bing and I couldn't find anything on it. Anybody have the original height of my 89 D50, I do have 14'' tires on my truck, i have been told that it 15'' originally?

Thanks for any help.

it was15"tires only if it is a 4x4 otherwise they are 14". sounds like its new shock time...

I would believe they ride a bit harsh because of the spring rate, haven't you ever wondered why these trucks can haul a big load....

pull the straight helper leaf out of the rear - eliminates the springboard bounce when empty.

Ya these trucks ride like they are a tin can getting kicked down the street, but funny that the suspension parts seem to last for years.

I still have these:

they will raise the rear height of the truck (not sure you want to do that)....as long as i made more than the postage:) i'd let them go.
