To a degree. The fenders will come off but the inner fender wells and front radiator support are spot welded to the cab and is part of it. You need to cut the spot welds. It's a PIA but you can do it. Not for the faint of hart if you don't have the skills to take on a large project like that, unless you don't plain to reuse any of it.

It looks like you cut through the top portion of the inner fenders on your truck. Did you do that because it was easier or is there a way to do it with only drilling out the spot welds?

I started with the welds but it was a pain, there is a bunch of them and I needed to pry crap apart. It was going to tale to much time for me. The inner fender was sandwiched between the cab pillar and the firewall. Just look inside of your hood. I cut mine off because I was not ever going to reuse any part of it.
