Weber 32/36 dfev carb e. Choke conversion

I have the stock Mikuni carb. Its in good condition. If i changed to the new Weber what performance and fuel economy improvement could I see?

better breathing and being able to tune to match any addons for power. Also a carb that won't get touchy with climate changes. You must use an electric fuel pump with a weber for it to work right.

I see genuine weber kits and chinese clones, Is the genuine weber better?

Stay away from the empis - bad copies of webers and don't hold up - the italian webers are the best, but haven't been available new for some time.
