well after cross referencing gasket numbers i know they're not identical, but are they similar enough for me to be able to drill new holes or enlarge the original ones? if that's not doable, what would you guys thing an exhaust shop would charge to make a new flange so i can use it on the SOHC g64 head?
LSR mike, you should know?

im thinking low boost non inter cooler or SMIC/TMIC

i have been doing some research on CR Vs boost... the saab 900 runs 14psi stock with a 9:2:1 CR..... so i figure 10psi without an IC or 15 with one using stock g64 internals.

the SOHC is a paired port, the turbo 4G63 head has evenly spaced ports

Shearer Fab does custom exhaust stuff for these engines example of the costs...

damn, TY mike,...... would i be able to cut a both manifolds in half and tweak them a little and have them welded together or is full custom the only way to go?

i found a t25, 2g manifold, 2g stock SMIC, aftermarket piping and HKS BOV for 200 OBO

if you have the corect gaskit, take it to a machine shop and tell them to make you 2 plates. Should run you about 100 bucks at the most. Then you can make yours any way you want. Just my 2 cents. Me I would just have an ehxuast guy do it all for $2500 and be done with it. But thats me.
