Thay are located out of floridia and do good work. I sent mine to them and got it back 3 days later but im located in VA. even if you decide not to use them thay have greate info on there web sight.

Update, Avpro rebuilt my ECM but sadly it was the problem. One injector is still half current so does anybody have any ideas?
My mechanic is now double checking the harnesses because when switching an injector wire the half current injector works fine. He's checked a few other things like compression, plugs, wires and sprayed intake... he's stumped. Hope somebody here has dealt with this before:)

There has to be a problem in a wire in the harness somewhere, makes sense that if you switch plugs for the injector from another one it works fine.

after speaking with him this morning and rattling off a bunch of trouble shooting stuff that pretty much what we thought.. fingers crossed, i hope to hear from him later or tomorrow.. Thanks:)

If the wires are like rock hard they are most likely high in resistance. So when the engine heats up the resistance goes up and voltage goes down in the wires. Have him put an ohm meter on the wires from one end to the other and look for resistance between the two and the others in the harness. If the resistance is high replace the wires. My Frieightliner has that problem with the Jacobs engine brake solonide. Every couple of years I need to change them out. The wires get hard and they drop cylinders because the voltage is low.

Saw him yesterday and he's decided he's sending it out to an electrical 'specialist'. He's checked everything twice and had another guy go over everything just incase he missed something. I think they would have noticed if a wire was hard but ya never know.. i'll mention it monday for sure.. cheers:)

One more thing. There may be a resistor block. I don't know for sure. VW has a block of 4 for there injectors. One can go bad and cause low voltage. Like I said I don't know on the MM. Just somthing else to look for.

This is getting depressing lol.. Everything including resistance was double checked by the electrical specialist and his final word was it's the #3 driver of the computer that was just repaired.

I've just written to AVPRO to ask if they tested before and after repair and since they lifetime warranty their work as long as i own the truck i guess they will tell me to send it back... not impressed:(
