I really like your truck, can we convice you to upgrade to a black oem type grill and later model black bumper? It would give the front end a more beefy look.

That thought has occured to me, as I just got a 86 front bumper from Mike. I also have an OEM grille, that I am going to graft a Stull mesh grille onto for a race look. But I would need bumper ends and brackets to hang it.

was your truck ever paint Plum Crazy Purple say, maybe around 1990? i lived in Ohio back then and a P.C.P. D50 was at the Hot Rod Super nationals in Youngstown Ohio. it was veery cool truck at the time .

No it was not; however, my next project is a 1986 Ram 50 done up muscle car style with a Plum crazy purple paint scheme.
