the stock tires are 26" tall, so height will not be the problem. The width and offset of the rim is the determining factor here. Are you doing a 1st (79-86) gen or 2nd gen 87 up?

its a 91 MM, i have 215/45/17 caddy wheels on it now, i will be doing a 5 lug swap in the future and prolly get 18s, i was mainly just woundering about the firewall tubing. so to lay frame a 25 inch tire requires no tubbing of the firewall? i know ill prolly body it the next winter and im sure i will have to then, so i might just do it, im just trying to get all my shiiiit together for the winter teardown

my truck is bagged on a 24" tall tire and i didnt have to tub the fire wall. you will have to cut the inner fenders though.
