Instrument cluster on the blazer not workin

I swear this truck is gonna drive me insane. I got the reared fixed and this happened. At this rate, in the next year the whole truck will be brand new. Anyways, on to the problem

I've got the digital instrument cluster in my blazer, and the other morning I was sitting at a red-light and when I hit the gas I lost all my gauges. Check engine light still comes on. The light for the e brake, seatbelt, and high beams still works but none of the gauges do. I checked the fuses and can't find a bad one. Everything else still works in the truck, ( radio, heat, lights, turn signals, all electrical things) so is there anything special I can check before I go buy a new one. Ive had problems before with the gauges freezing but they never did this. So could the cluster have finally fried or could it just be a wire. I've looked and can't find anything but I didn't know if there was something you guys think I should check. It wouldn't bother me that it don't work except for the gas and temp. So any advice would be appreciated guys. Thanks

They are notorious for failing - a friend of mine has replaced his several times in the last couple of years. What year is your blazer - I have a friend about to part out a 90 jimmy - dont know if its the digital dash or not.

It's a 91. They junkyard has a few that aren't digital but I'm not sure if i have to put a digital one back in or not

Not sure either - never had one or paid much attention to them.

I had an S-10 Blazer with the same problem and found a place online that repaired them. Can't recall the name but you should find it easily in a Google search.
