timing belt and water pump replacment

hello out there fellow mighty max owners i want to know if my buddy charged me too much to change my timing belt and water pump on my 94 max 4x4 v6 he charged me 350.00 parts and labor is this price good or not feedback would be great thanks

Just the timing belt and water pump then Id say its cheap since its got the parts included. To me it would be dirt cheap if he did anything else. But thats just my opinion. You could have done it yourself for cheaper though. Might cost you if things were neglected and the job has to be done a second time.
