I took the intake off--dirty as hell. I am going to clean it up and polish it some. I was going to make a EGR block off plate...but I found one here for cheaps.

I am considering grinding out the center of the carb base. Basically opening up the two small holes by removing the center-making it oval like the Weber adapter plate.

I looks as if the head was replaced, which I'll take as a positive....
I also found out that the 2.6 jet valve elim kit will fit the 2.0....but I guess I need to take the valve cover off to check it anyway. It was purchased new in 1986 by the Muskogee Nation Community Services, then sold in 2009 at auction. **FUN FACT**
