Help uploading pics

Hey so I dont know how to upload pictures apparantly. I tried doing it the way I did on the other forum I'm a part of(latruckscene.net) and it doesnt work. It says its too big or something. Anyone know how to do it I appreciate the help thank you.

I downloaded a free app called gimp and resized my pics. Go to www.gimp.org for the app - it is easy to use and almost as powerful as photoshop with lots of support as its a freeware app
