Wide or Narrow block

I don't remember if it was here or on the MightyD50 but somewhere was a list of blocks by wide and narrow. I have a G63b and I was thinking of rebuilding it and putting into my 80. The 80 is a 2.0 and I'm pretty sure its a narrow block, but while thinking I remember the 63 came out of 4X4 with a 5 speed so I'm thinking its a wide block. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think all 5 speed tranys are wide blocks (I have never really seen a narrow block on a 5 speed). Even just the measurements for the guide pins would help alot

after some deeper looking it would seem the 63 is a wide OR narrow block. Of course walking out to try and measure the guide pins I find that the flywheel is still on it, its sitting down in a hole and berried against the shed. So I will have to wait for it to clear up and dig it out. Weren't the measurements something like 13.5 on a wide and 12 on a narrow?

I'm not too sure on the correct measurements but to my knowledge the autos came wideblocks and 5 speeds came narrow. Beyond the g63b was out of my research I was doing for my dsm swap. I do know the 2.4 was a wideblock. Same as the 2.6. Didn't research the 4x4 models though so not sure.

Hay Ace arn't you out in california? I have a 2.0L New rebuilt early model. Narrow block. Max knows the details on it. I would love to see it go to a hood home not the land fill. You can get a smoking deal on it. It's in the forsale section.
