how much work would be involved it fitting say a 92 4g63 DOHC NON-turbo head onto an 86 4g63 wide block and just how difficult can it make itself?

it seems to be pretty straight forward to me. Swap head and timeing belt assemblys, install a high pressure fuel pump, ECU, new oil pump.

anything i'm missing?

Are you going to get different pistions or keep the ones already in the block? Doesn't this block Come with 2 valves per cylinder and the valve reliefs for that? Any idea what your compression ratio will be?
